spray foam insulation, plaster, wood, iron bar, metal clips
In this series of small objects I explore two contrast movements - growth and deformation. A phenomenon which accompanies many social phenomena when growth and multiplication does not mean a positive development. Working with analogue materials is similar to a software and generative architectural simulations. In this case, it is not data which are processed, but solid materials like metal or wood. It creates a framework for an experimental research of matter behaving uncontrollably in a solid environment. The outcome is that the author does not influence the material (spray foam insulation), but he rather creates a space for it where it can move and grow.
