The artwork consists of six ink drawings. Through sequential arrangement, they suggest the gradual blurring and disappearance of the depicted object. The object in question is the trophy from the Wimbledon tennis tournament. The work conceptually explores the theme of career pressure or the frustration that arises when our career goals seem increasingly out of reach. The metaphor of the tennis trophy is intentionally chosen. Tennis is an individual sport, where the player alone bears the mental pressure of failure, much like in the art world, where only a select few achieve the ultimate "trophy." The piece is a personal statement, grappling with the pressures placed on individuals in both artistic and athletic professions.
